Rules for Participants
Children ages K-12 at Christ Episcopal Church can participate in the Read a Book, Give a Book, and adults can also donate books (there is a list of recommended donations on this website).
For every book you read, donate a new or gently-used book meant for children ages K-8. Drop off your donations in the marked box on the Church's front porch. You can drop all of the books off at once or one at a time. For children participating in Read a Book, Give a Book, make sure to attach a Post-It Note with your name on it.
The top five reader-donators in grades K-5 (in the 2019-2020 school year) will receive a goody bag of candy. The top five reader-donators in grades 6-12 (in the 2019-2020 school year) will receive recognition in the July newsletter.
